Our team of BIM engineers specializes in the disciplines of architecture, construction, mechanical engineering, and electrical engineering. We work mainly on big utility projects, such as hospitals, datacenters, offices, and high-rise mixed buildings. We are looking for a highly motivated Junior Civil Draftsman/Modeller to join and contribute to the success of our growing DIBS42 team! In three years' time we will train you to be a fully independent BIM Civil Engineer, who is able to handle any project and solve complex building-related problems by applying technical knowledge and using various software tools productively.

Your (constantly enhancing) engineering powers:

A robust data system forms a vital foundation for everyone and everything. The data administrator manages the data set assigned to them and ensures the quality requirements of stakeholders/users are met. They make sure that everyone within the organization has access to the right data at the right place and at the right time. Some of your activities will be:

• Recording, unlocking, acquiring, validating, processing, and delivering data (internally and externally).
• Ensuring compliance with quality standards set by stakeholders.
• Managing changes in data sets, systems, and applications.
• Providing user support to end users.
• Contributing to the customized configuration of data, systems, and applications.
• Verifying the database content for accuracy and timeliness.

Next to your project related work, 10% of your working time would be devoted to a personal project. Something you would like to learn, create, or develop which makes the work easier, better, or just more fun.

Your specs:

• 0 – 2 years related experience in BIM projects as a mechanical engineer,
• Experience (would be a plus) with CAD/GIS systems (arcgis and Autocad) as well as SharePoint, Meridian, Corsa etc.
• Proficiency at English (and possible enthusiasm for learning Dutch in the future),
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Teams is a plus,
• Being curious about the latest techniques and having a drive to improve BIM processes,
• You value integrity, are precise, strategical, analytical, and have critical thinking skills,
• Communication skills, data management and computer programming,
• Being a true team player who is flexible and eager to learn.
